Dear Randy Owen, I am writing
to express my gratitude to your company for the great job that you have done for us these past two summers. We were
referred to Oliver Christian III by a landscape company that did some work for us, including a planting of seventeen Colorado
spruce trees. We paid a lot of money to them and the plan looked great on paper, but they left behind a lot of problems
to be dealt with. Oliever has consulted with us on many occasions, and his advice has been most helpful in turning this
situation around. At one point, we had some samples sent out to the MSU lab, which described last year's growth as "very
poor". I am very pleased to say that the bud sets for next appear very promising.
My family believes that
Oliver really loves what he is doing, and we find him to be very well informed about how to plant and care for trees. We have
found your services to be effective and satisfactory for: bolt and cable a co-dominant Cottonwood tree, removed thirteen trees,
grinded fourteen stumps, root stimulant / deep root fertilzation, treatment for gall and mites, antitranspirant spray, air
spading, foliar and soil sample testing, and the pruning of trees to make a dominant leader. We recently used your service
to have four 3" diameter maple trees selected and planted. We had a car stop the very first night and complement us about how
nice they look. We have a big piece of property, and the 3" diameter plantings look tall enough to fit in and give
immediate enjoyment, while also showing promise of growing up quickly and becoming very stately trees. We also use your lawn
service for fertilzation, weed and grub control. We have one of the elite lawns in the neighborhood, and we receive complements
on a regular basis.
We believe that
in order to achieve success, it is imperative to have good team work. We think that customers have to be willing to water
properly, to watch regularly for any signs of problems developing, and to be willing to pay for the services that they cannot
provide themselves. We are under the general impression that Oliver has a good relationship with his work crews, and we think
that they respect his willingness to get his hands dirty by pitching in with his share of the work when necessary. We have
found the company brochures to be informative, and Oliver has also been very helpful in other areas, such as demonstrating
how to use soil probes.
We are excited about the positive transformation that has been taking place here, and we plan on using even more
of your services next year.

Hello-- First
of all, I would like to say THANK YOU to your company for the quick response to a desperate phone call
I made a few days ago. Our silver maple looked very ill to me and I thought for sure it was irreparable.
Jim came out the next day and assured us the tree was fine! We are very interested in keeping it that way, and to that end, we would like to make arrangements
with your company to provide pruning and fertilizing service for both maples we have. Again, we were VERY impressed with Jim's knowledge, service, honesty and
